The Black Beacon Mountain Race (100 miles with over 24,000 feet of ascent)

Between 20 and 22 September, long-term supporters Lee Thompson, Rich McKeating, and I will proudly represent and raise funds for P.A.U.L For Brain Recovery during this next monumental challenge.  This gruelling 100-mile ultra race will involve our team completing the Black Beacon Mountain Race across the Brecon Beacons National Park and the highest mountain peaks in South Wales – totalling 100 miles and over 24,000 feet of ascent. It is known as one of the world’s toughest ultra-marathons.

What Adams & Green said about sponsoring the Yorkshire Three-Peaks Challenge x 3 ...

We saw quite a bit of coverage on LinkedIn. It was a pleasure to support the event and quite an amazing achievement. As a business, it’s a way of us giving something back. We felt very proud when we saw the sponsor’s banner, that we could be helping those that need the support of an amazing charity like yours.”

  • Improve their quality of life

What our service users say…

“Following a stroke, I was left with low esteem and confidence levels due to very poor mobility. The charity provided me with a personal trainer for 12 weeks. We worked on my balance, coordination, and strength and as a result, my mobility, confidence, and mental health have all improved, and I’m now in a much better place.”
