Sunday the 20th of April 2025 will mark the 13th Annual P.A.U.L For Brain Recovery 10k Charity Run.
The P.A.U.L For Brain Recovery's 10k Charity Run has a strong community spirit. With over 2,000 runners having already taken part and more than £125,000 raised to date, it's one of the highlights of our events calendar and a true success story.
The Course
The 10K is a single loop circuit run, undulating throughout, starting at Bilton Village Hall heading towards Gangstead, going north towards Swine and looping around Swine back towards Bilton, finishing near Wendys Restaurant, Bilton.
